Location of the Apartment

The apartment is located in Pogorzelica, about 8 KM from Rewal. It is approximately 900 meters from the beach and surrounded by forest. The apartment is in a gated community that is not accessible to the public. Access is only possible via an electric gate opener for cars or a PIN code entry for pedestrians.

Arrival by Car

The address of the apartment is:

Leśników 5, 72-351 Pogorzelica, Poland

Access to the Premises:

• Drive to the address mentioned above. You will find a closed gate with an address sign:

• Park your car at the roadside so that it does not block the street.
• Go to the pedestrian entrance, which is a door to the right of the gate.

• Enter the PIN code that you received separately by email.

Access to the Apartment

• Now go to apartment No. 27.

You can unlock the apartment either using the PIN code that was shared with you or with a key.

Access Using the PIN

• Activate the keypad

– Lightly touch the keypad with your finger to activate it.
– The keypad backlight should turn on.

• Enter access code

– Enter the 4-digit PIN code provided to you.
– After entering, the green LED will flash briefly.

• Confirm

– Now press the Open button.

– Wait a moment – the green LED will stay on if the code is correct.

• Door opens

– The door will unlock or release the handle.
– Open the door as usual.

• Locking the door

– Enter the 4-digit PIN code again.
– After entering, the green LED will flash briefly.
– Now press the Close button.

• If you have problems

– You can call us anytime, and we will help you access the apartment.
– If access via PIN does not work, you can always use the key. Please refer to the following instructions for using the key.

Access Using the Key

• When standing in front of the apartment, you will find a key safe on the wall opposite the door:

• Slide the protective cover of the key safe to the side.
• Enter the key safe code.
• Turn the key safe to the left and pull it forward.
• Take out the apartment key.

• Use this key to open the apartment.
• Inside by the mirror, you’ll find the gate key. The second apartment key is also on this keychain.

• Please note that the key only works with the lower lock. The upper lock is not used.
• Depending on the weather, it may help to gently pull the door using the handle while turning the key.

Note: Both keys have an Apple AirTag attached. This is intended to help recover the keys if lost. If you do not want us to track the location, you may remove the tracker during your stay. However, we recommend keeping the tracker attached.

Car

• Return to your car. Use the electric gate opener to open the gate and drive to the apartment.
• Your parking spot is the first one in the row in front of the apartment.

Note: The entrance area is equipped with a smart doorbell with camera. The premises are also monitored by several external security cameras.

Departure

• Please empty the fridge and freezer, turn them off, and leave the doors open.
• Ensure that all doors and windows are closed.
• Lock the apartment.
• Make sure to leave the black key on the shelf at the mirror and return the other key to the key safe.
• Please place the pool wristbands in the drawer under the oven.
• Did you remove the Apple AirTags? Please reattach them to the keychain.

You can help us by:

• Leaving all remote controls visible near the TV.
• Emptying the trash bins.

General Travel Notes

• At railroad crossings, be aware that not all crossings in Poland have barriers, even on active train lines. There is an unbarred crossing near the apartment and between Rewal and Pogorzelica!
• Speeding fines in Poland are very high. Stick to the speed limits, even if local drivers don’t.
• Do not park in the forest. Only use designated parking areas.
• The legal blood alcohol limit in Poland is 0.2‰.
